While national brands hide behind 'limited' warranties, sun-damage exclusions, and service fees, our Sanctuary shutters come with a guarantee that covers the failures Arizona homeowners actually worry about - including the sun itself - with $0 service calls and $0 labor for as long as you live in your home.

The repair-or-replace promise.
We warrant that your covered window treatments will be free from defects in materials, components, and workmanship for as long as you live in your home. If a covered product or component fails, we repair or replace it at our discretion - at no cost to you.
Desert endurance
Failure caused by extreme sun and UV exposure - warping or cracking - is covered. Most warranties specifically exclude the sun. In Arizona, that exclusion makes the warranty nearly worthless. Ours covers it by name.
Material integrity
Shutter louvers, fabric, cords, and natural materials are covered against manufacturer defects across the covered product line.
Unlimited $0 service and labor.
A product warranty without service coverage is a coupon for a headache: the part is free, but the trip charge, the labor, the removal, and the reinstall are all yours. This is where the Everything's Covered Guarantee is different - if your product fails, you pay nothing for the fix.

The expert technicians who perform the repair or replacement are provided at no cost, for as long as you own the home.
Lifetime motors. Even accidents.
Lifetime motorization coverage. Standard motor warranties in this industry stop at five years. Ours does not: if the motor hardware fails - year six, year ten, year fifteen - we repair or replace it at no cost. The one exclusion is routine battery care: recharging and disposable-battery replacement are upkeep, not failures.
The accident bonus. Life happens - a ladder swings wide, a dog decides a louver is a chew toy. Most warranties exclude accidents entirely. On our Sanctuary poly shutters, accidental damage is covered under the guarantee, with pet damage limited to two instances. We know of no other written shutter coverage in the Valley that says that.
What is not covered - stated plainly.
A guarantee you can trust is one that states its edges clearly. Here are ours:
- Owner-occupied homes only. The guarantee does not apply to rental properties, commercial properties, or short-term rentals (VRBO / Airbnb).
- Non-transferable. Valid only for the original purchaser in their primary or secondary residence.
- Battery upkeep. Routine recharging and disposable-battery replacement are normal maintenance, not covered failures.
- Covered products. The guarantee applies to our premier Signature Line - on this site, that means our Sanctuary poly shutter line. Normandy wood shutters carry their own manufacturer coverage, explained honestly at your consultation.

How long does the Everything's Covered Guarantee last?
For as long as you live in your home. It is not a 5-year window or a prorated schedule - if a covered product or component fails while you own and occupy the home, we repair or replace it at no cost to you, at our discretion. That includes the service call and the labor, every time.
Is the guarantee transferable if I sell my house?
No - and we say that plainly because vague warranty language is exactly what this guarantee was built against. It is valid for the original purchaser in their primary or secondary residence. If you sell, the new owner does not inherit the coverage - though they do inherit a well-built set of shutters.
Does it cover rental or commercial properties?
No. The guarantee is for owner-occupied homes only - it does not apply to rental properties, commercial properties, or short-term rentals like VRBO and Airbnb. If you are outfitting an investment property, tell your designer and we will walk you through what coverage does apply.
Are my Normandy wood shutters covered by this guarantee?
No - the Everything's Covered Guarantee applies to our Sanctuary poly line, and we would rather tell you that clearly than generalize it. Normandy is a genuinely well-engineered wood shutter with its own manufacturer coverage, and your designer will walk you through exactly what it includes before you buy.

Motor hardware is covered for life - if the motor fails, we repair or replace it at no cost, which no standard 5-year motor warranty will do. The one exclusion is routine battery care: recharging batteries and replacing disposable batteries are normal upkeep, not failures, so they are not covered.
