Two Ways to Pay

Door 1 — "I'll pay it off this year."

12 Months Same As Cash

No monthly payments and no interest for a full year.

Nothing due for twelve months. Pay the balance in full within 365 days of first disbursement and you pay no interest at all.

  • Loan amounts $1,000–$100,000
  • No payments during the same-as-cash period
  • If the balance isn't cleared in 365 days, a 19.99% fixed APR applies and the balance converts to a fixed-rate installment loan over 24–132 months

Right for you if: you have the money coming — a bonus, a home sale, a tax refund — and want the project done now.

Door 2 — "I want a low monthly payment."

9.99% Fixed, Low Monthly Payment

One rate for everyone approved. Pick your term.

Not "as low as." 9.99% fixed — the rate doesn't move based on your credit profile.

TermMonthly paymentLoan amounts
7 years $16.95 per $1,000 $3,500–$100,000
10 years $13.49 per $1,000 $7,500–$100,000
12 years $12.20 per $1,000 $10,000–$100,000

Right for you if: you'd rather budget one steady payment than race a deadline. For most whole-home projects this is the honest pick.

Every application also works by phone: (888) 736-6511, Contractor ID 123219, plus the loan code above.

Smaller Projects and Maximum Flexibility

If your project is under $3,500, or you want an unusual term, there's a traditional installment loan with terms from 12 to 144 months and loan amounts starting at $1,000. The rate on this one is credit-dependent — from 8.99% to 24.49% fixed — so for most homeowners the 9.99% fixed options above are the better deal. Your designer will compare them honestly.

Why Arizona Homeowners Finance

The whole house costs less than the house in pieces.

Staging room by room means repeat measure appointments, repeat installs, repeat production runs — plus two years of mismatched windows while product lines and dye lots shift underneath you. Financing lets you do it once, correctly, matched.

Your west-facing glass is costing you money right now.

Arizona sun fades flooring, damages furniture, and drives your cooling bill. Every month you wait on the windows that need it most is another month of that. A payment plan moves the fix forward; it doesn't move the heat.

Shutters are a fixture, not a purchase.

Polymer shutters last as long as anything else in the home and ask for nothing but occasional dusting. You're financing a permanent improvement that stays with the house when you sell — which is exactly why it holds its value.

What's Covered

The full project cost — product, measurement, and professional installation. Not just the shutters.

  • Custom plantation shutters (2.5", 3.5", 4.5" louvers)
  • Blinds, roller shades, roman shades, cellular shades, zebra shades
  • Motorization, Lutron, and smart-home integration
  • Drapery and soft treatments
  • Professional measurement and installation

Financing Questions

Will checking my options hurt my credit?

No. Regions' PreQualify uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score. Only the full application involves a hard inquiry - and by then you already know where you stand.

Are there really no payments for twelve months on the same-as-cash plan?

Correct - no monthly payments and no interest during the same-as-cash period. Interest is waived entirely if the loan is repaid in full within 365 days of first disbursement.

What happens if I don't pay off the same-as-cash loan in time?

A 19.99% fixed APR applies and the balance becomes a fixed-rate installment loan over 24 to 132 months. If no payments were made during the same-as-cash period, monthly payments run from $21.99 to $30.82 per $1,000 borrowed depending on term. Note the date and set a reminder two months ahead.

Is 9.99% really the rate, or does it depend on my credit?

On the 7, 10, and 12-year loans, 9.99% is a fixed rate - it doesn't vary with your credit profile. The separate traditional installment loan is the credit-dependent one, ranging from 8.99% to 24.49%.

Which option is actually cheapest?

If you clear a same-as-cash balance within the year, that plan costs nothing in interest and wins outright. If there's real doubt you will, 9.99% fixed over a term you're comfortable with almost certainly costs less than 19.99%. Be honest with yourself about which kind of payer you are - your designer will run both.

Can I pay it off early?

Yes, on every plan.

How much can I finance?

Between $1,000 and $100,000, depending on the plan. Minimums vary: $1,000 for same-as-cash, $3,500 for the 7-year, $7,500 for the 10-year, $10,000 for the 12-year.

Is there a minimum monthly payment?

Yes - never less than $50.

Do I need to apply before my appointment?

No, though PreQualifying ahead is worth the few minutes. It's a soft pull, and you'll know what you're working with before your designer arrives.

Is there a down payment?

Standard practice is a deposit at order and the balance at completion. Your designer will show exactly how your deposit and your loan work together on your specific order.

Can I finance part of the project and pay cash for the rest?

Yes. Many homeowners do exactly that.

Which Arizona cities does this cover?

Every home we serve in the Valley - Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Peoria, Glendale, Tempe, Queen Creek, Surprise, Goodyear, Ahwatukee, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and Sun City.
